From July 8th to July 31st, the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA will be participating in BISSELL Pet Foundation's “Empty the Shelters” Adoption Event! The SPCA will be offering pet vaccinations and microchips at a free or reduced cost at our upcoming Compassionate Care Clinic thanks to Petco Love!
