Youth Programs
The Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA offers youth programs designed to inspire compassion and responsibility towards animals.
We offer birthday parties for ages 5+, educational field trips for students of all ages, and volunteer opportunities for teens 14+. Through these programs, we aim to cultivate a sense of empathy and stewardship in the next generation of animal advocates.

Become a junior volunteer
Teens ages 14 and older can make a difference through our volunteer program, building skills and experience while helping animals in need.
