Thank you for your interest in joining CASPCA’s volunteer team! Volunteers are integral to the daily operations of our shelter and rummage store. Scroll to learn more about opportunities for individuals, groups and organizations.
Individual volunteer opportunities are available to those age 14 and up. Before submitting an application, view our list of available volunteer activities below by clicking through the
Opportunity Directory. Then, fill out a volunteer application below and indicate activities of interest. Once an application has been successfully submitted, you will be directed to a link to schedule your volunteer orientation.
Volunteer opportunities are available for groups of up to 10 people. Larger groups may split their group into multiple sessions or be accommodated at the discretion of the Volunteer Programs Manager. Group volunteers under the age of 18 are welcome, but must be accompanied by at least one adult chaperone per 10 children. Tours of CASPCA’s facilities are available to be booked in tandem with group volunteering for a small fee.
Educational tours of CASPCA’s facilities are offered on their own or in tandem with group volunteer opportunities. Tour participants receive a walk-through of the shelter, information about ways to get involved with CASPCA, and have the opportunity to interact with adoptable animals. Tours are priced by number of attendees.
5 or less attendees:
$20
6-12 attendees: $30
12-20 attendees: $40

Those interested in performing court-ordered community service hours may do so at the CASPCA or our Rummage Store. Assigned tasks are determined by CASPCA’s needs and special skills of the individual. Please fill out all required fields in the form below. Applicants are reviewed on a weekly basis and should expect to be contacted by email.
