1. Agreement to Receive Communications
By registering for the Winter Solstice Soiree silent auction, you agree to receive text messages related to auction participation, updates, and event notifications. These messages will facilitate your engagement with the auction and ensure you have the latest information until the auction closes on December 16, 2024.
2. Usage of Text Messaging
• Text messages may include reminders, bidding updates, confirmations, and notifications of auction status.
• Message frequency will vary based on auction activity.
• Standard messaging and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier agreement.
3. Opt-Out
Participants can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Opting out may limit your ability to participate in the silent auction.
