Court Ordered Community Service

You must be at least 18 years old and commit a minimum of twenty hours of service in order to complete your community service with the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA.

If you have been or are going to be convicted of a felony, you CANNOT fulfill your community service hours with our organization. Hours for community service are from 8 AM to 12 PM. Court ordered community service workers help with cleaning duties. You may select your work schedule dependent on availability; we are open seven days a week.
