Grab your dog, practice your tricks, and get your best costumes ready for the 25th Annual Eastminster Dog Show at the Keswick Hunt Club (adjacent to Keswick Hall at 701 Club Drive, Keswick, VA). On Sunday, June 3rd, dogs and their families are invited to compete in eight fun-filled classes of competition including: Best Costume, Best Trick, Best Family, Celebrity or Owner Look-a-Like, Musical Chairs, Best Rescue, Beginner Obstacle Course and Best In Show. Event sponsors, Animal Connection and Lynne Goldman Studio, will provide prizes for each class of competition. Registration for this family friendly event begins at 4:00 p.m. with the show starting at 5:00 p.m. Of course, spectators are welcome. Admission and entry is free but donations to the SPCA are encouraged. This event will also feature a raffle to benefit the SPCA, adoptable SPCA dogs and a food vendor.

“For twenty-five years, Co-Chairs Ginny Semmes and Peggy Augustus have continued to host this wonderful family event to benefit the SPCA.” says Lisa Lane, Marketing & Communication Specialist of the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA. “The SPCA is so grateful for supporters like Peggy and Ginny, not only because the Eastminster Dog Show has evolved into a Charlottesville tradition, but simply put, it is a fun time for everyone!”
